The dashboard opens for users whose account is linked to an employee record on the selected location, and for super admins. Anyone else is redirected to the admin home. A super admin who is not an employee sees the notice "You don't have an employee record on this reseller — clock in/out and personal shifts are unavailable" and the clock panel shows "No employee profile. Ask an admin to add you as an employee to clock in/out." Fix it by creating an employee for that user under HR Tools > Employees > Employees.
