Only users whose role has the permission Manage Root Delivery Stops (edit / delete / cancel) (permission group Root Deliveries, assigned under Users Roles); super admins have it automatically. For everyone else the Actions column, the stop checkboxes, the Delete selected stops bar and the Cancel Route buttons are hidden — and even a direct attempt is refused with "Unauthorized".
