The Packs module must be part of your Sprwt package (the menu entry only appears then). Within your team, List Meals Packs lets a role open the packs list and Edit Meals Packs lets it open, create and change packs (both under Kitchen Settings in the role editor). Without the edit permission, opening a pack redirects back to the admin dashboard.
