List Orders is required to see the Orders screen at all — it's the permission that shows or hides the Orders tab in the terminal's navigation menu. Sprwt's employee-profile editor also offers a separate Change Order Status toggle intended to control marking meals as picked up, but in the current version that toggle isn't actually enforced anywhere: any employee who can open the Orders screen can mark meals picked up, regardless of whether "Change Order Status" is turned on for their profile.
