Custom Texts only covers Sprwt's fixed interface strings used on the ordering/account side of the site (things like cart, login, register, and the ordering-module wording) – it's organized as a set of predefined text groups you pick from, not free-form site content. Content you entered yourself – page modules, meal names/descriptions, category names, email templates, Theme: Navigation link names – is edited in its own place (Pages, Meals, Categories, Email templates, Settings). Admin-panel wording is not translatable either. If a storefront phrase is not in any Custom Texts group, it is probably a theme setting (check Settings > Theme: …) or part of a page module.
