For each member the report takes the most recent subscription that still has a pending or active delivery date and shows its plan and rate. A member whose plan has fully ended (no remaining delivery dates) shows No active subscription. A plan that is cancelled but still has deliveries left before its last date is still listed until those pass. The total in the panel heading adds up the rates of the listed member subscriptions only.
