Two permissions live in the Subscriptions group of a user role: List Subscriptions (see the list, the renewing-today widget on the Dashboard) and Edit Subscriptions (open the detail page, change any setting, pause/cancel/skip, force a renewal, pick meals, apply coupons). Related permissions: Dashboard (needed for the Subscriptions Errors page), Dashboard - Missing Meals in the Admin group (needed for the Subscription Meals Not Yet Selected page and the Dashboard auto-select popup), Checkouts As > Subscriptions / Subscriptions Meals (placing plan or meal orders on a customer's behalf), Subscriptions Report in the Reports group, and List/Edit Subscription Reasons for the Cancel/Pause Funnel Reasons.
