In Client Config > Business: General you will find:

• Allow Deliveries (Yes/No) – enables home delivery. When off, the Delivery Rates - Zipcode and Delivery Routes & Methods menu entries disappear and customers cannot choose delivery.
• Allow Pickups (Yes/No) – enables pickup at your Pickup Locations. When off, the Pickup Locations menu entry disappears.
• Default Order Method (when Pickup and Delivery are both allowed) – Pickup or Delivery; this is what the cart pre-selects when both are available.

These are configuration settings loaded for whichever kitchen location is currently selected in the admin.
