The Uber Direct settings live in the Uber Direct group on the Config page (and the connection fields also appear when you open the Uber Direct integration from Integrations): Uber Direct Customer ID, Uber Direct Client ID and Uber Direct Secret Key (from direct.uber.com) connect the account. Uber Direct Sprwt Fee above Quote (default $3) and Uber Direct Kitchen Fee above Quote (default $0.30) are added on top of Uber's delivery quote when the customer is charged, and those same two amounts are charged back as the cancellation fee if the courier is cancelled after food prep has already started. Uber Direct (Modules), found under the Config page's Payment section, restricts which ordering types (Packs, Extras, Grab & Go, etc.) are allowed to use Uber Direct delivery. The Uber Direct delivery route itself is set up separately as a transporter of type Uber Direct under delivery routes.
