A pickup point is offered for a Real Time order on a given date if any of these is turned on for that pickup point on that weekday:

1. its regular pickup Days (the point's normal weekly schedule), or
2. — if the same cart also has Catering items — its Catering Days, or
3. its Realtime Pickup Availability day, set on the pickup point's edit page.

So a pickup point that is already open on its regular schedule for that weekday shows up for a Real Time order even if its Realtime Pickup Availability toggle is off — that section only matters for adding a day the point wouldn't otherwise be open on. The weekday checkboxes shown under Realtime Pickup Availability are limited to the days your kitchen itself has switched on as Realtime fulfilment days. If no pickup point qualifies by any of the three rules, pickup cannot be selected at all for that date.
