The role permissions are grouped under Marketing Campaigns in the user-role editor:

• Marketing Campaign Billing – see the Billing page and buy/change the plan.
• Edit Marketing Campaign Onboarding – run the sending-domain onboarding.
• List Marketing Campaign Dashboard – view the Dashboard.
• List Marketing Campaign / Edit Marketing Campaign – view campaigns / create, edit and cancel campaigns.
• List Marketing Campaign Tracking Parameter / Edit Marketing Campaign Tracking Parameter – the Tracking (UTM) page.
• List Templates / Edit Templates – the template designer.
• List Lists / Edit Lists – recipient lists.
• List Contacts / Edit Contacts – contacts, CSV upload and delete.
• List Segments / Edit Segments – these two control Flows (the automation builder), despite the label.

All of them only appear when the Marketing Campaigns module is active on the account.
