Two role permissions govern coupons:

• List Coupons's — required to see the Coupons menu entry and the coupon list.
• Edit Coupons's — required to open a coupon, create a new one, save changes, and to search meals for the Excluded Meals field.

A staff member without "Edit Coupons's" who opens a coupon URL directly is redirected back to the admin dashboard. The same "Edit Coupons's" permission also controls whether the Affiliate Coupons field appears on an affiliate user's edit page.
