Extras from orders with status Unpaid, Paid or Partial Refund whose extra line is still active for that delivery date. Extras that were refunded are dropped. When a subscription week is skipped, its extras are refunded to the customer's balance at that moment, so they leave the report as well. Extras are aggregated by item (internal name if set), not by customer.
