The board shows orders of the selected kitchen for today that:

• contain Real Time items;
• are paid or otherwise active (unpaid and cancelled checkouts are excluded);
• have a Real Time status of New, Processing, Ready or Waiting — orders that reached Finished or Canceled drop off the board.

Cards are ordered by the customer's chosen order time, earliest first. Orders placed for other channels (Meal Prep, Catering…) never appear here.
