Wallet credits come from: Loyalty Cashback Percentage (per order, module-gated), referral amounts (after a friend's first purchase), Birthday Present Amount (yearly), Gamification Rewards (reviews/shares, credited after the configured delay), the two Fixed Dollar/Percentage to add to Digital Wallet coupon types, redeemed gift cards, and affiliate payouts sent to digital balance. Customers see their balance under Your Digital Wallet on the Earn Rewards page and on their profile, and can pay with it at checkout. Admins can view and adjust the balance on the customer record.
