The table lists macros in their parent/child hierarchy but only those marked Show on front or Show on labels in Settings > Kitchen Settings > Macros; a macro hidden from both is left out of the form (although AI calculation still requests it). If a macro you need is missing, edit it under Macros and enable one of those visibility options. Each row shows the unit suffix, your entered quantity, the computed daily-value percentage and a coloured bar.
