• Email: Klaviyo, Sprwt + Amazon Email System, Sprwt Emails, Email Newsletter Popup Form
• Delivery Management: Root Planner, Uber Direct, Root Deliveries, Shippo
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Tag, Facebook Pixel, Facebook, Google Adwords, Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools
• Marketing: Hotjar, Sprwt SMS, Trustpilot Reviews, Yelp Reviews, KLCT, Instagram Feed, SEO Automation
• Tax: TTR Tax

A category heading is only printed when at least one of its cards is visible to you. Cards that depend on a module or plan you do not have are either shown as Inactive with an empty settings window (most cards) or hidden completely (Shippo and TTR Tax). A Mailerlite card and a Freshdesk card exist in the code but are switched off, so they are not displayed.
