Which events does Sprwt send to Klaviyo, and what data do they carry?
The Events section at the bottom of the Klaviyo card lists every trigger. Besides Klaviyo's standard Placed Order and Ordered Product, Sprwt sends every system email that is set up as a trigger event as a Klaviyo metric with the same name, including: user_create, admin_user_create, user_email_validation_send, user_recovery, user_birthday, user_giftcard, user_referral_referrer, user_referral_referee, order_create, order_grabandgo_create, order_pickup_ready, order_refund, order_referral_referrer, order_referral_referee, order_abandoned_cart, user_order_first, order_deliverydate, order_continue_payment, bag_returned, the subscription events (user_subscriptions_create, _skip, _cancel, _pause, _changeaddress, _renew, _renew_error, _meals_reminder, _request_changeaddress, _request_cancel, _request_pause, _request_unpause), the affiliate events, user_newsletter_form, and the proposal events. Most of these are customer-facing emails, but a couple - like admin_user_create (an admin-only notification) - are included too, since Klaviyo only checks whether the trigger is flagged as an event, not who it normally emails.
Each event is attached to the customer's Klaviyo profile (email, first/last name, phone, address, city, zip, region, country) and carries the details of the action - for orders that means the order value, tax/delivery amounts, the item list (product ID, name, quantity, price, meals inside packs), item categories and the kitchen name as brand.
