When an open shift is created (not when edited), Sprwt emails every employee who is Is Active?, has an email address on their user account, and has the requested job role in their Roles list. For Any Role, all active employees are emailed. The email subject is "New Open Shift Available – {Role} on {Date}"; it lists the role, date and time and has a View Available Shifts button linking to the Available Shifts page. In the current version this notification is not one of the toggles on the System Emails settings page, so it cannot be turned off — it always sends when those conditions are met.
