For each kitchen you ticked, Sprwt takes the delivery dates between Start Date and End Date (inclusive) that:

• fall on that kitchen's fulfilment weekdays for the menu type (Meal Prep fulfilment days for both the Meal Prep Menu and the POS Menu, Catering fulfilment days for Catering, Realtime fulfilment days for Real Time, In Store Menu fulfilment days for In Store, and Retail/Wholesale fulfilment days for the Wholesale menu), and
• are not closed and not finished (the Catering clone is the exception: it copies to closed/finished catering dates as well).

Dates that do not exist as delivery dates, or that are outside the fulfilment weekdays, are skipped silently. The source date itself is unaffected if it sits inside the range.
