Which customer lists does Sprwt keep in sync with Klaviyo, and how often?

A scheduled job rebuilds these Klaviyo lists from your customer database, creating them if they do not exist:

  • Registered Users - every customer with a valid email address.
  • Unsubscribed Users - Sms and Unsubscribed Users - Emails - customers grouped by email/SMS marketing consent. In the current version the two lists appear to swap: customers who opted into email are added to the list named Sms, and customers who opted into sms are added to the list named Emails. Check actual list membership in Klaviyo rather than relying on the names.
  • Active Subscriptions - <Kitchen name> - customers whose subscription is set to auto-renew, one list per kitchen.
  • Inactive Subscriptions - <Kitchen name> - customers whose subscription is not renewing.

Customers no longer in a group are removed from the list; new ones are added in batches. With Double opt-in selected, additions go through Klaviyo's confirmation step and removals are treated as unsubscribes. Only the channels ticked in Sprwt's Klaviyo Features setting (email by default) are used to match existing members and to build each profile's consent.

This rebuild runs on Sprwt's own schedule; in the current version it is also triggered as a side effect of saving the API key for the separate KLCT integration (an unrelated AI phone/SMS tool), since one shared sync routine updates every connected marketing integration's lists at once. Saving the Klaviyo keys themselves does not trigger it - use the scheduled run, or ask Sprwt support to confirm the schedule if you need an immediate refresh.
