Bank connections through Plaid are available when your store's country is one of: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. Your country comes from your store's configured country code. If it is not on the list, the Connected Accounts page shows "Bank connections aren't supported in your country yet" and the automatic sync job does nothing. You can still use manual transactions, the Chart of Accounts and the reports.
