The Blocks tab offers proposal blocks that pull live data when applied to an event: Cover / Hero (headline, event name, date, guests), Meals / Menu List (filterable by category), Single Meal, Totals Summary (subtotal, taxes, paid, balance due), Event Details, Expenses, Custom Charges, Divider and CTA, plus generic layout blocks. In any text you can type @tokens such as @eventName or @customerFirstName that are replaced with the proposal's values, and the token @proposalActions inserts the working Accept, Decline, Pay, Print and Sign buttons, which show or hide according to the proposal status.
