It is under Ordering > Checkout As in the left menu. The menu entry needs the Checkout As module, the Checkout As permission, and an active kitchen location selected (the entry is marked needs reseller). Opening the page itself additionally requires the Edit Customer Orders permission — if that's missing you're redirected to the Customer Orders list even though the menu item was visible. If any requirement isn't met you're redirected without an error message. Within the screen, each ordering module (Grab and Go, Meals by Unit, Extras, Subscriptions, Subscriptions Meals, Packs, Custom) only appears if you own that module and your role has the matching Checkouts As permission for it; Catering, Labor & Equipment, By the Pound and Proposals appear whenever you own those modules, with no separate per-module permission.
