The same weekday rules feed several places so everything stays consistent:

• the dashboard "Meal selections close in" countdown;
• the storefront subscription meal-selection check (Delivery Date Closed);
• the Subscription Meals To Choose Reminder emails ("days before the cut-off");
• the Select Previous Menu / Send Email if no menu on cut-off day automations;
• marketing email text placeholders that describe your cut-off (e.g. "All days close 2 days before");
• the onboarding wizard's Order cutoff step, which embeds this same form.

Changing the Cut-off Timer therefore changes all of them at once.
