Besides the module card and Extras page banner, the title is used as the Extras section heading on order pages in admin and on the customer's order view, as the module name in the header menu builder, as the item-type name printed on labels, and as the button label for Extras in the admin checkout sidebar. Changing it (for example to Add-ons) updates all of those places.
