Dispute (chargeback) fees are not stored in your Sprwt site; the Profit And Loss and Fees reports ask Sprwt's central service for the disputes on your Stripe account within the date range and show the count and a fixed $15 per dispute.

If that service cannot be reached or returns an error, the line shows 0 with a red exclamation icon; hover it to read the error message. The other lines of the report are unaffected. Try again later or contact Sprwt support if it persists.
