They are copied from Root Planner each time it sends the route: driver first/last name and phone, vehicle name and plate. When a name is missing the report falls back to the Root Planner ID (e.g. "#12") or a dash. You cannot change them in Sprwt — reassign the driver or vehicle in Root Planner and the report updates on the next sync.
