They are the free-text notes customers typed on a meal when ordering (the Notes modifier). The Cooking Report groups them by portion size and lists each one as the customer's name, the delivery date, and their note. The block appears only when notes are enabled – on the Base, Pro and Enterprise plans, or with the Meals Custom Modifiers module when Modifiers Settings is Notes or Notes & Recipe Swaps – and only for meals that actually have notes in the selected range.
