Customer-facing allergen badges use each meal's allergens (automatic from ingredients, or manual when Use Manual Allergens & Dislikes? is on) matched against the allergens saved on the customer's profile. Under Theme: Kitchen, Show Allergens turns the allergen display on or off, and Allergen Badge Visibility in Order Modules can Hide when no allergen is set on profile so only customers who declared allergens see the badges.
