Preferences tab > Macros card > Edit. A modal titled "Client's Macro Preferences" opens with one numeric field per configured macro (protein, carbs, fat, calories, etc., whatever your kitchen has set up); enter a target value for each and Save. The values are stored together on the user and stamped with a last-updated timestamp. Only shown if the Macros module is enabled.
