It depends on the order type:

• Regular delivery orders sent through Uber Direct — the status and Track link live on the Uber Routes page for that delivery date, not on the order page itself. The order page only shows the delivery address and transporter (or, on a Root Planner route, a tracking code link).
• Real Time orders are the exception — the order page's Real Time section header shows the Order time and, once Uber has picked up the delivery, a live status line pulled straight from Uber: Est. delivery: <date/time>, or Delivered: <date/time> once complete. Next to it, a Track Order button opens Uber's live tracking page in a new tab. This is shown in addition to, not instead of, the Status/Track column on the Uber Routes page for that date.

Either way, if the courier was cancelled after the kitchen had already started the order, the resulting cancel fee reduces how much can be refunded from the order page.
