Open their profile and click the Subscriptions tab (only shown if the Subscriptions module is active on your account). It's split into two sub-tabs — Auto-Renew On and Auto-Renew Off — each with a count badge, showing ID, Group, Plan (weeks × days × meals), User, Start, End, a color-coded Renews date, and Amount.
