Open the left menu and expand Marketing > SMS. The items are: Compose, Chat, Contacts, History, Recurring, Sequences, Templates, Buy Credits, Numbers, and — for US/Canadian businesses only — Sprwt SMS Profile Information and Sprwt SMS Campaign Registration. Each item only appears if your role has the matching permission. When customers have sent you texts you have not opened yet, a red badge with the number of customers waiting is shown next to the SMS menu title.
