They live under the Deliveries menu group, which only appears once at least one integration is active:

• Deliveries > Deliveries (/admin/root) and Deliveries > Claims — shown when you have the Root Deliveries module and Business: General > Allow Deliveries is set to Yes.
• Deliveries > Root Planner (/admin/rootplanner) and Deliveries > RootPlanner Sync Report (/admin/rootplanner/sync_report) — shown when you have the Root Planner module and an API Token is saved.

You can also open the export page for a specific date from the dashboard: the delivery-date panel has a Root Planner card that links to the Root Deliveries page if that module is active ("Manage and edit delivery routes."), otherwise to the Root Planner export page ("Plan and dispatch delivery routes.").
