Open the left menu and expand Settings > Delivery Settings. The entries are, in order: States, Delivery Rates - Zipcode, Delivery Routes & Methods, Pickup Locations, Bag Types and Containers.

Some entries only appear when the matching feature is switched on in Client Config:

• Delivery Rates - Zipcode and Delivery Routes & Methods require Business: General > Allow Deliveries = Yes.
• Pickup Locations requires Business: General > Allow Pickups = Yes.

Each entry is also hidden if your user role lacks the matching List permission (List States, List Zipcodes, List Transporters, List Pickup Locations, List Bag Types, List Container Types).
