In the left menu open the Meal Prep group and click Cooking Reports. It expands into Inventory Shopping List, Meals Report, Custom Meals Report (only with the Custom Meals module), By Pounds Report (only with the By The Pounds module), Cooking Report and Sub-Recipe Report.

Just below it, Fulfilment Reports holds the packing-side reports (Meal Kit Reports, Menu Breakdown Report, Packaging Report, Extras Report, and others such as Labels, Pick-up, Delivery and Subscriptions).

If you have the Realtime module there is a second Real Time group with its own Cooking Reports (Inventory Shopping List, Meals Report, Cooking Report, Sub-Recipe Report) that only count real-time orders. Only reports your user role is allowed to see appear in the menu, and the menu links carry the date you are currently viewing so you can hop between reports without re-picking the date.
