Go to Catering > Events in the left menu (/admin/events/proposals). The related settings pages live under Catering > Proposal Settings: Templates, Recurring, Meals Categories and Labor & Equipment. The Commission Report is a separate menu item, also under the Catering group, labelled Salesman (/admin/events/salesman) — it only appears once you've turned on commission tracking (Client Config, Order: Catering tab, Enable Proposals Commission).

To open the Events page you must:

• have the Proposals module on your account,
• be an admin user with an active kitchen location selected, and
• have the role permission Create Events Proposals (Business Settings group in role permissions).

The Activity tab on a proposal additionally needs Proposals - View Activity Log. Contract templates are reached directly at /admin/events/contracts (same module/permission).
