Open the admin left menu and click Marketing. The Marketing flyout is split into two labeled sections: Website (Form Builder, Custom Texts, Menu Builder, Users Referral List/Stats) and, separately, a section also labeled Marketing (Coupons, Membership Plans, Giftcards, Leads, Affiliate Rules/Users, Integrations, System emails). Membership Plans sits in that second Marketing section, right next to Coupons — not under Website.

Clicking it opens /admin/membershipplans. The page header shows the eyebrow Subscriptions, the title Membership Plans and a Plans pill. The + Add Plan button in the top right creates a new plan.

The menu entry only appears for roles that have the List Membership Plans permission.
