In the left menu open Ordering > Kitchen. You will see Ingredients (/admin/ingredients) and Sub-Recipes (/admin/subrecipes) next to Meal Recipes. The Ingredients entry only appears on a Seed plan or higher; both entries require the List Ingredients permission. The supporting lists (Ingredient Categories, Sub-Recipe Groups, Allergens, Dislikes, Units, Suppliers, Vendors, Stock Management Justifications) are under Settings > Kitchen Settings.
