Go to Clients > Subscriptions (/admin/subscriptions). You must have a kitchen location selected (the page sends you back to the Dashboard otherwise) and the List Subscriptions permission. The page shows three KPI cards, tabs for Active / Paused / Cancelled, and a searchable table. Click a subscription's #ID (or the edit icon under Actions, which opens it in a new tab) to open the detail page at /admin/subscriptions/{id}; opening the detail page requires the Edit Subscriptions permission.
