Where do I create or manage staff/admin roles?
Go to Settings > Business Settings > Users Roles in the left admin menu (/admin/usersprofiles), or go there directly by URL if you have the right permission — it's a normal, permission-gated menu link, not something restricted to a special super-admin menu. Each role ("profile") is a named bundle of permission checkboxes you assign to users on their profile's Global User Role dropdown.
