Where do I create drivers, vehicles, shifts, zones and delivery statuses for Root Planner?
Those are all managed inside your Root Planner account, not in Sprwt. Sprwt only sends the orders/customers and receives the finished routes. Follow the Root Planner help articles for creating a driver, a vehicle, a shift, a hub, editing config & zones, and creating delivery statuses with their customer notifications. Once a route is planned in Root Planner, the driver and vehicle assigned to it appear on Sprwt's RootPlanner Sync Report.
