Customers use the storefront page /realtime (the module's URL), reached from the module tile titled with your Realtime: Title setting (default "Real Time Ordering"). The page requires the customer to be logged in; guests are sent to log in first. If your site has several kitchens and none is selected yet, the kitchen chooser is shown first.
