Open Stock Upload History at /admin/menus/retail/stock-uploads (the View all link in the upload modal, or the recent-uploads list). It shows KPI cards - Runs, Charged, Units moved, Reversed - and a table with Reference, Run at, By, Location (or All Locations), For date, Rows (applied / total), Mode (Sold, Menu only or Reversal), Stock Δ, Fee and a View button. Filter by location, run-date range (From / To) and mode (Deducted as Sold / Menu only), then click Apply. The history is deliberately not tied to one menu date, because a run made on the 19th can set quantities for the 22nd. View opens the upload's detail page listing every row written (meal, portion, qty, Qty Needed old -> new, on-hand old -> new), the stock movements it produced with their reason, and the skipped rows with reasons. From there, unless the upload has already been reversed, an Undo this upload button lets you write the inverse movements back (with a warning that the original fee is not refunded).
