Use the Admin Notes panel at the bottom of the subscription page: click the note text (or the pencil icon) to edit and it saves immediately. These notes are internal only. Separate from that, Delivery Notes in the Delivery Settings panel are instructions for the driver and are copied onto the customer's orders. The customer can also submit delivery notes when requesting an address change.
