Where are a member's orders and subscriptions recorded — on the member or on the manager?
On the member. The order (checkout) and the subscription belong to the member's customer account, so they show on the member's profile under Customers, in the member's own dashboard, and in reports under the member's name. Each order and subscription additionally stores which account manager it is linked to and whether the manager paid, which is what the Memberships Report, Delivery Report, Pick-up Report and Meals By Customer report use to group members under their manager.
