According to the Processing Fees page, your first payout is typically available 7 days after you add your bank account and take your first successful payment; the wait can be up to 14 days for businesses in some industries and up to 30 days in countries such as Brazil. After that, payouts are made daily on a rolling delay of 3-7 days depending on your country. The payout's Timeline on its detail page shows whether it was initiated automatically (by the schedule) or manually.

In the current version there is no working control inside Sprwt to change your payout schedule — a Change Stripe Payout Settings button exists in the kitchen-location editor's code but is switched off and would only ever show to a super admin, so regular users won't see it at all. To change your payout schedule, use your Stripe Express dashboard via Stripe > Dashboard, or ask support.
