When is a stock alert email sent, and why did I only get it once?

Every time a location's stock for a meal is saved (a manual movement, a Grab&Go order, an Update Stock run, a CSV upload, a refund return...), Sprwt compares the new stock with the alert threshold. If stock is at or below the threshold and the alert has not fired yet, it emails the location's configured stock alert employees (or the system default email) with the subject Stock Alert: {meal} Low at {location}, containing meal, location, current stock, threshold and an Update Stock button linking to the Retail Menu, and creates a Low Stock Alert notification in the admin notification centre. The alert is then marked as sent so you are not emailed on every further deduction. It re-arms automatically once stock goes back above the threshold, and fires again the next time it drops. Because a large CSV upload updates many lines, it can trigger several alerts at once.
