Every time a location's meal stock is saved (a removal on Stock Management, a sale, a return, a stock upload), Sprwt compares the new stock with the alert threshold. When stock is at or below the threshold and no alert is currently active, it emails the stock alert employees configured on that pickup location; if none are set, it uses your default sending email. The email subject is "Stock Alert: [Meal Name] Low at [Location]" and lists meal, location, current stock, threshold and an Update Stock button linking to the location's retail menu. An in-app Low Stock Alert notification is also created. The alert then stays silent until stock goes back above the threshold, at which point it re-arms so the next drop triggers a new email.
